We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your game to contact us for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your game must not have been completed.
To start a refund request, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds for games purchased with gift cards.
