Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your game to contact us about a refund.

To be eligible, your game must not have been completed. 

To start a refund request, you can contact us at support@wolfescapegames.com. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds:

  • For games purchased using gift cards

  • For unused codes purchased as part of a Team Events or corporate package

Team Event purchases are planned and allocated specifically for your group, so we’re unable to offer refunds on unused team licences once issued.
